If you decide not to continue after plot allotment, you may submit a written cancellation request within 7 (Seven) calendar days from the date of allotment.

Refund Eligibility

Upon verification of your request and subject to compliance with the applicable registration terms, the registration amount paid through this website will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation requests received after seven (7) calendar days from the date of allotment may not be eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law or approved by us at our sole discretion.

Duplicate Payments

If your account is charged more than once for the same registration because of a technical issue, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days. Actual credit time depends upon the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
